Kiehl Fumex 5L

Kiehl Fumex is a highly alkaline smoke resin remover developed for intensive cleaning in food processing environments. The powerful formula effectively removes smoke resin, grease, protein residues, oils and burnt-on deposits from smoker ovens, tilt pans and cooking pots. Thanks to its high anti-redepositing power, dissolved soils are prevented from reattaching to surfaces, ensuring thorough and efficient cleaning results.

The product holds a clearance certificate for use in food areas and contains renewable plant-based raw materials. Suitable for alkali-resistant surfaces, particularly in hot and climate-controlled smoke boxes. Do not use on alkali-sensitive materials such as aluminium, anodised aluminium or painted surfaces.
