Cloths cut for glass rather than for general wiping: a tight, flat-faced weave with no loose pile to shed onto a pane you just cleaned. Work over a mirror, a window or a shower screen and finish with a dry pass to buff the surface clear. Six to a pack means a dry cloth is always on hand for that final pass.
